Zealand Falls Suite
A two-room, two-bathroom suite in the 1893 portion on the second floor of the main Inn. Enjoy the comfort of the maple king bed, surrounded by the warm color of the 19th century woodwork. The separate sitting room has a comfy loveseat and chair with ottoman, a large, flat screen TV/DVD, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. Step outdoors onto a private section of the south-facing, brand-new deck overlooking the Ellis River or relax in the triangular jetted tub for two with waterfall shower in the bath. There is also a jetted-shower in the bedroom. (Full Breakfast is included every morning.)
Sparkling Cascade
Decorated in rich burgundy and creamy beige, you can watch the flames dance in the three-sided gas fireplace from the king four poster cherry bed, the comfortable easy chairs, or the jetted tub for two with waterfall shower, which also features a view of the Ellis River. The private covered balcony overlooking the river and mountains provide the ideal space for relaxing while listening to river’s soothing sounds. This lovely room also has a small fridge and a coffee maker. Sparkling Cascade is located across the parking area from the main inn building. It is a first floor room accessed by a deck with minimal steps.(Full Breakfast is included every morning.)
Pearl Cascade
A spacious second floor room with amenities arranged around the centralized three-sided gas fireplace. The restful pale blue and warm beige color scheme complements the king cherry Euro-bed. The jetted tub for two with waterfall shower features a window overlooking the Ellis River as well as a view of the fireplace. Enjoy an afternoon retreat in the easy chairs or on the private balcony overlooking the river and mountains. This popular room also has a small fridge and a coffee maker. Pearl Cascade is located a few steps from the main Inn building and is one of the two more contemporary guest accommodations. (Full Breakfast is included every morning.)
Paradise Falls
A two-room suite in the 1893 portion of the main Inn with a traditional fireplace in the bedroom. Watch the glow of the embers from the maple king bed, surrounded by the warm color of the 19th century woodwork. The intimate sitting room has a comfy loveseat, flat screen TV/DVD and small fridge. Step out the door onto a private section of the south facing balcony overlooking the Ellis River or relax in the triangular jetted tub for two with a waterfall shower in the bath. Thoreau Falls
A spacious third floor room decorated in blue tones with a king four poster cherry rice bed, highboy, and fireplace with antique mantel. Put your feet up on the ottoman and contemplate Thoreau’s philosophy (or just listen to the soothing sounds of the Ellis River) while you warm your toes and relax in one of the chairs beside the fireplace. East and south facing windows provide valley views. Private bathroom with two person jetted tub with a fireplace view.(Full Breakfast is included every morning.)
Franconia Falls
On the first floor in the main Inn building Franconia Falls has a patio complete with chairs and a table during the milder months that adjoins the pool area and sauna. The room, decorated in rich ivory, gold, and black, features a romantic queen open canopy bed, gas fireplace, and luxurious chaise lounge. jetted tub for two in the private bath. This room is cozy and comfortable and an owner’s favorite. (Full Breakfast is included every morning.)
Bridal Veil Falls
This romantic first floor guest room is a favorite among many guests. Morning sunlight streams in through the sliding glass doors that open onto a private patio facing the lawn and garden. The soft cream, peach and greens of the room accent the king four poster cherry rice bed. Comfortable arm chairs at the foot of the bed are perfect for watching a movie on the flat screen TV/DVD, listening to your favorite music, or just gazing dreamily at the flames in the new, corner gas fireplace. There is a mini-fridge in the room as well. The private bath features a jetted tub for two. (Full Breakfast is included every morning.)
Flume Gorge
Named after a popular site in Franconia Notch, part of the White Mountains, this cozy, restful, east-facing green and rose color themed bedroom features a bronze iron queen bed, a comfortable easy ‘chair and a half’ with ottoman, and an electric wood stove. In the room’s private bath, there is a jetted tub for two in which to relax after a day spent in the Mount Washington Valley area. Sliding glass doors open onto a private, brand-new balcony equipped with chairs and a small table during our milder seasons so you can enjoy views of the lawn and gardens as well as across the valley. Ellis River Cottage
Separate from the main Inn building, this rustic two-story cottage for two was converted from the original 1890’s ice house on the property. Your private patio has a view of the river and offers an ideal place for enjoying its sounds. The first floor of the cottage has a sitting area, jetted tub for two with a window overlooking the river, bath with shower, small refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave (not full kitchen/dining facilities). Climb a steep, narrow spiral staircase to the second floor with queen bed, wood burning fireplace, and balcony overlooking the lawn. Country Rustic in Décor.
