A spacious third floor room decorated in blue tones with a king four poster cherry rice bed, highboy, and fireplace with antique mantel. Put your feet up on the ottoman and contemplate Thoreau’s philosophy (or just listen to the soothing sounds of the Ellis River) while you warm your toes and relax in one of the chairs beside the fireplace. East and south facing windows provide valley views. Private bathroom with two person jetted tub with a fireplace view.(Full Breakfast is included every morning.)
Thoreau Falls is somewhat remote, but offers both a scenic view and series of cascades and slides dropping 80 feet along the ledges of the North Fork of the East Branch of the Pemigewasset River.
